Private one on one classes in headshot photography are now being offered in New York. Specifically, on location headshot and portrait photography.
One on one training for experienced photographers looking to learn the fundamentals of headshot photography specifically in relation to actor headshots and shooting on location. This is the class that will take you through the numerous fundamentals as well as advanced techniques for shooting amazing headshots that will keep your clients booked and ultimately, you as well!
One on one training classes are also available for amateur photographers looking to get into the headshot business but needing to learn photography fundamentals. This class will start with the basics of lighting and the fundamentals of shooting portraits.
Private classes also include image processing and retouching from raw to final image.

A one day INTENSIVE workshop DEDICATED TO learning to shoot the very best heaDshots for actors, start to finish! We’ll cover everything from client booking and the pre-shoot interview to lighting set ups and camera settings all the way through post processing via LR & PS. Most important, we’ll focus on working with & coaching actors to get the very best from them during their session! Mastering pose, expression and the subtleties of positioning and camera angles that have impact on the shots!
We’ll cover it all and then some!

What to bring:
Besides your passion and commitment to learning to shoot The Very BEst Headshots you'll need the following:
– DSLR Camera
– Spare Memory Cards
– Spare Battery
– 70-200 lens is what I shoot with and is preferred.
– Note pad & Pen
– LIGHTING/MODIFIERS: If you have your own set of speedlights and 2 softboxes (3' octa of some type and A smaller softbox, I recommend you bringing them along with your lightstands. A reflector as well. If not, that's fine, just recommended.
