ATLANTA! BACK SOON!
"You can either be outstanding or...just be standing out there!"
EXACT DATES TBD!
The wait list for the next set of sessions has already started populating. There are actors that didn't get scheduled for April and have been rescheduled for the next trip. That said, they have priority on choosing session days/times. So, if you're trying to get your headshots done this time, you MUST email to get on the list.
Scheduling is based on first come first served. Those that email earlier get first priority. After that, it goes by whoever makes their deposit first. (Deposits will not be taken until closer to the dates)
Looking forward to meeting and working with you all!

There are headshots and then...there are Christian Webb headshots!
Instantly recognizable. The absolute, undeniable, distinct look of a Christian Webb headshot. It's unmistakable. Unmatched quality....detail for detail. It's what sets the shots apart from anything out there and it's what gets actors looked at, called in and continually booking.
Capturing the essence of an actor and making them stand out! There's no other way to do it!
My team and I look forward to doing what we always do and what we've done for so many in Atlanta over the past few years! See you soon!
Session Rate: $400
($200 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK SESSION.)
1 HOUR SESSION / 3 LOOKS
Regarding looks: I always tell clients to bring more than less when it comes to clothing changes. (tops only.) Sometimes we can move right along and shoot 2, 3, 4, 5 different looks and change things up a bit. It's no biggie for me and I'm not charging by the look really. We shoot, get what we have to get! At a minimum though, you'll change 3 times. (keep in mind, putting on a jacket, taking a jacket off or something like that doesn't count as a whole new look really! I'm flexible and it's more about getting what you need and doing it right!
We don't do the low end, factory approach thing here people!
Combination of Studio Lighting & Natural LIght!

MAKE UP for HEADSHOTS!
This is Naja. Naja is my make up artist in Atlanta. She's a bonafide, certified, legit, reputable and professional MUA with over 10 years experience in the business. She handles make up for my sessions and knows exactly what's needed for great headshot makeup. Naja's fee is separate from my session fee. The make up, like your overall headshot is an investment. A professional headshot has multiple layers - your make up/how you look is one of them. Headshot make up is very specific and not the same as beauty or fashion makeup. When investing in a Christian Webb headshot, you're not just investing in one person....you're investing in a team of professionals dedicated to providing the very best to serve you and your career. If you're not investing in your career, you should probably....rethink your career.
MUA FEE: WOMEN - $100 MEN $50

I can't stress enough how important it is to KNOW the difference between a decent or good headshot and a GREAT headshot! It's equally as important to really know the difference between amateur photography and a bad headshot! When you're starting off, perhaps you don't know better, perhaps you don't have the money, or perhaps you really don't know why it's important to invest in professional headshots. Take your time. Ask around. Learn.
There are high quality, very professional headshots and then there are lower quality, barely passable headshots. You have to decide which type you want and where you see your career. While it's true that it's all subjective, at the end of the day, true professionals and qualified industry people know the difference.
You can watch my video here on SELECTING YOUR HEADSHOTS and the difference between OPINIONS and QUALIFIED OPINIONS.
AS MOST OF MY WORK REVOLVES AROUND CREATING IMAGES THAT HAVE A FILM/TV FEEL & LOOK, I PREFER TO SHOOT LANDSCAPE ORIENTATION....AS IF LOOKING AT A TELEVISION SCREEN OR MOVIE SCREEN. I SOMETIMES HEAR ACTORS CONCERNED WITH WHETHER HEADSHOTS ARE PORTRAIT OR LANDSCAPE ORIENTATION. I SHOOT BOTH WAYS DURING MY SESSIONS SO AS TO HAVE THE OPTION!
I UNDERSTAND THAT SOME MARKETS STILL PREFER SHOTS IN PORTRAIT ORIENTATION. ALSO, FOR ONLINE GALLERY PURPOSES, THUMBNAIL VERSIONS OR 1:1 SQUARE RATIOS MAY BE PREFERRED. REST ASSURED, MY IMAGES WHEN CROPPED, WORK ABSOLUTELY FINE FOR ALL PURPOSES. BELOW IS QUICK SAMPLE:
A WORD ABOUT RETOUCHING:
I take my retouching as serious as the actual shoot. I'm a professional retoucher and my job is to clean up the image but keep my clients looking natural. A CLEAN, POLISHED, WELL DONE IMAGE SEPARATES THE AVERAGE HEADSHOT FROM THE TRULY PROFESSIONAL and can make a major difference in whether or not it stands out!
ATL ACTORS - "JUST SAY NO" to bad skin retouching and poor color correction! You can half ass this stuff for but so long. Let me just say, casting notices this stuff and they KNOW just from looking at your $99 headshot that you do NOT take yourself serious. It's just bad business people to have a headshot with bad color, inconsistencies in skin tone and over smoothed, blotchiness!
